True, there is a racy reputation associated with the high speed of development of a lot of young entrepreneurial companies, especially in the tech field. This is in stark contrast to the sluggish world of big-business bureaucracy.  Several of these young companies have been celebrated for their breakneck growth.  But, at what cost does this incredible growth come and is it worth it?   It is interesting to note that not all new start-ups are willing to work their employees at 60+ hour work weeks to increase the bottom line.  For some new companies, taking a more deliberate approach, prizing long-term stability over quick gains is what they focus on.  The idea of developing and maintaining employee relationships seems just as important as building a sturdy company structure that can meet all the needs of its customers over time.  Bigger is better and the sooner the better are not in their vocabulary.  How do you run your company?
