Daily ReadBuild Your Business on Strong Values and You Will Find Success!

The term value is often tied to a monetary measure – what something is worth in dollars and cents. But fiscal value is a moving target and changes based on the economy. One is better served focusing efforts and energy not in the value, but on the values of the company and its founder, which change very little over time. Core values are not just accepted, but believed and become ingrained within you. Your core values should be concrete, actionable items that can be worked into the daily course of business. Following is an example of core values:

Passion: strive to be the best at what you choose to do.

Integrity: do the right things and you will get the right results.

Strategically Driven: plan and strategize for the future.

Adaptable: be eager to embrace change.

Partner Relationships: foster long-lasting, win-win relationships with a focus on the future.

Systemic: be the sum of all parts.

Accountability:  do what you say you will do.

Make your values the basis for every decision made within the organization and you will find your path to success!
