You can be too – you just need to learn how to exploit your own personality traits in order to knock someone’s socks off.  The same triggers (passion, power, trust, mystique, prestige, alarm and rebellion) that transform a brand into something people want to talk about and buy can do the same for people. Trouble is, many people don’t recognize their special, hard-wired qualities that give them their unique competitive advantage. Different people fascinate in different ways. Some take command, some use emotion, some arouse curiosity, some inspire respect, some create urgency, some build loyalty, and some change the game. We all do one or more of these things in every interaction – the key is to pay attention to yourself and learn the right ones to use at the right time, given your own personality.
